Govee has issued a voluntary recall for certain models of its space heaters due to a fire hazard. The recall affects specific models of Govee's Smart Space Heaters and Govee's WiFi Smart Space Heaters that were sold online and in stores nationwide between July 2022 and December 2022.

Why the Recall?

The recall is due to a potential fire hazard. The heaters can overheat, posing a risk of fire. Govee has received reports of the heaters overheating, including one report of a heater catching fire.

The following Govee space heater models are subject to the recall:

• Govee Smart Space Heater: Model number HSS01-US
• Govee WiFi Smart Space Heater: Model number HSS01W-US

What Should I Do If I Have a Recalled Heater?
