Orlando Mayor Addresses Halloween Shooting, Two Killed
Orlando, FL - Mayor Buddy Dyer addressed the city on Tuesday following a deadly shooting on Halloween night that claimed the lives of two people and left several others injured. The shooting occurred shortly after midnight at a Halloween party on Orange Avenue, a popular entertainment district in downtown Orlando.
"This is a tragedy that has shaken our community," Mayor Dyer stated at a press conference. "We are heartbroken for the victims and their families, and we offer our deepest condolences. We are also committed to working with law enforcement to bring the perpetrators to justice."
